Women's Soccer Eliminated In OT
November 1, 2012

The Fire fell in overtime by a final of 1-0 as the Warriors were able to score the golden goal for the victory. During the course of the game, the Fire were unable to get anything going as the Warriors held them to five shots and only one on net. Southeastern was on the defense most of the game as Webber recorded 19 shots while putting nine of them on net. Karleigh Smoak was tremendous in net as she turned away eight shots to keep the Fire close.
In the end the Warriors attack was to much for Southeastern to handle and they were eliminated in a tough fought match.
The Fire now look towards the NCCAA I Regionals with time and opponent to be determined.
