The Fire Shutout Ave Maria In Route to Win

The Fire played a tightly contested game with the Gyrenes; Southeastern was able to score a goal at the ninth minute of the game when senior defender Anna Hall put the ball into the back of the the net to give the Fire a 1-0 lead.
That is all Southeastern needed as the back four defenders and goalie Karleigh Smoak were able to shutout Ave Maria in route to the 1-0 win.
The Fire are playing again this Friday against Ursuline College in Lakeland, Fla. at 7 pm.
