Volleyball Falls in Four to Saint Thomas
September 29, 2012

Miami Gardens, Fla. – The Southeastern University volleyball team dropped a Sun Conference match with St. Thomas University on Saturday by scores of 20-25, 25-21, 18-25, and 15-25.
Despite hitting a respectable .232 as a team the Fire offense struggled to score consistently thanks, in part, to 67 defensive digs by Saint Thomas in the four set loss.
Taylor Dawson led SEU with 12 kills followed closely by Morgan Lehman with nine kills of her own. Tara McSherley contributed with 28 assists.
The Fire step away from conference play on October 2 as they travel to Temple Terrace, Fla. to take on Florida College starting at 7 pm.
