Spencer Earns Medalist as Men's Golf Finish Third at Northwood

North Palm, Fla. - Isaac Spencer led the Southeastern University men’s golf team to a season opening third place finish at the Northwood University Seahawk Shootout on Monday and Tuesday.
Spencer earned Individual Medalist honors by carding a 177 (73-71-33) to finish one shot ahead of Omar Tejeira of Saint Thomas.
As a team the Fire shot 740 (296-299-145) to finish 11 shots behind tournament winner Johnson & Wales.
Two other Southeastern men’s golfers earned top 20 finishes with Frederic Thiriez shooting 186 (13th) and Kyle Martin shooting 189 (19th).
