Glessner, Casey Named NCCAA Second Team All-Americans

MASON, Ohio--Southeastern's Billy Glessner and Shane Casey were both named NCCAA Second Team All-Americans, Tuesday night, at the NCCAA National Tournament banquet.
Casey, who was a Second Team All-Conference selection and a 2011 NCCAA First Team All-American, leading the Fire with a .391 average on the season. He also is a two-time conference Gold Glove award winner, going errorless for his career at Southeastern in over 115 games.
He is also leading the Fire with 72 hits, 38 RBIs, 4 triples, 95 total bases, 43 walks, and in slugging (.516), and on-base percentages (.500).
Glessner, who battled the entire season with shoulder problems, led SEU with 35 stolen bases. He also hit .379 with 61 hits, 39 runs, 20 RBIs, and an on-base percentage of .479.
